Ceratopteris siliquosa 

An aquatic fern with delicate, finely dissected green fronds arranged in a pinnate pattern. It can grow both in and out of water, and is relatively easy to grow in a range of water conditions. It prefers soft, slightly acidic water and moderate to bright light.
It is also known by the common names of water sprite, water hornfern, and Indian water fern.
