Aquatic Plant Returns

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the plants that you have received, please get in touch with us at hello@snuffleandswim.com

Please send a photograph and description of the issue to us on the day you receive the plants in order to qualify for a replacement.

After this time we cannot accept responsibility for the maintenance and growth of your plants.

Lost or undelivered packages
In the rare case that your package is lost in the post, we are not obligated to send a replacement in the meantime.


We send our plants via Royal Mail, you can find out about their compensation policy here:

Packages aren't considered lost until 15 working days after postage and so we can only offer a replacement after that time.
