The Gold Skirt Tetra, also referred to as the Gold Widow Tetra or White Skirt Tetra, is a tiny and friendly fish (Gymnocorymbus ternetzi) that is a variation of the Black Widow Tetra. These tetras are famous for their dazzling gold color and laid-back personality, making them great for community tanks. They originate from South America and should be kept in groups of six or more due to their schooling nature.
