Razorback Musk Turtle XL

The Razorback Musk Turtle, Sternotherus carinatus, is a charming little aquatic turtle famous for the sharp ridge running along its shell, giving it a razorback look. Sporting a brown to grey-brown shell and a spotted grey-brown body, these turtles grow up to 5 to 6 inches long. Native to the southeastern US, they’re shy creatures who prefer to keep to themselves, adding a touch of mystery to their playful charm.
