Violet Corydoras (Similis)

The Smudge Spot Corydoras, or Violet Corydoras (Corydoras similis), is a little catfish from Brazil with a peaceful temperament. It's famous for its distinctive, dark marking on its tail, which may resemble a bluish or purplish smudge. The rest of its body is usually light-colored and sprinkled with minuscule dots.
