Elodea Densa Bunch

Elodea densa (Brazilian Waterweed) is a fast-growing, hardy oxygenating plant usually sold in bunches of 4–5 submerged stems, commonly anchored by a metal weight. It features bright green, narrow leaves arranged in dense whorls around a thick, crisp, trailing stalk, making it excellent for new aquariums, coldwater tanks, or ponds to prevent algae and provide cover.

Appearance: Distinctive, bright green, narrow, pointed leaves that form thick, lush, bushy whorls around the stem.
Structure: Often supplied in bunches of 4-5 stems, frequently anchored with a weight, allowing them to be easily dropped into the water to settle.
Growth: Extremely fast-growing, with stems reaching up to 40–100 cm, making it a powerful oxygenator that filters water and prevents algae growth.
Versatility: Suitable for tropical and cold water, it can grow planted in substrate or left floating.
Maintenance: Easy to maintain, requiring occasional trimming to manage its rapid spread.
